"Anthem after anthem, classic song after classic song, this kicks more ass than the combined Ted Nuggent catalog, and isn't near as insulting to the intelligence!"
"This is surely one of the main albums the NEW WAVE of BRITISH HEAVY METAL legends
must've been copping riffs from." SEARCH IT !!!! Seek and Enjoy!!!....

"A Rock n Roll visual fantasy"... it was this line that described
the band Sorcery on their promo posters, and fits them to perfection. .
In the 1970s when music was combined with fantastic stage shows, the band took it to the next level, hiring magicians to add magic and mayhem to their musical live performances. With their mystifying stage antics and solid rock anthems, the band was posed to be the 'next big thing', even headlining with Van Halen as their opening act and getting their 'break' when they appeared in the movie 'Stunt Rock' in 1978, as well as being the band on the movie's soundtrack. Their follow up was another movie, the campy horror flick 'Rocktober Blood' in 1984, featuring Sorcery again, as they played three songs at the end. The last hurrah came in the way of a promotional single called "Living on the Run" before the band disappeared from commercial existance. Until now.

The Original "SORCERY" returns!
With Perry Morris on drums, Richard (Smokey)Taylor on Guitar, David Glen Eisley on vocals and Richie King on Bass. This was one of the best live bands that ever played L.A. or anywhere else in the world, for that matter,in the late 70's and early 80's. When that band played the local rooms in Hollywood, the town seemed to stop dead to go see them perform their show! They were truely a media event! Just incredible at the time. GREAT BAND and "LIVE MAGIC" presented in a way never scene before. The "KING of the WIZARDS" against" the "PRINCE of DARKNESS" was SORCERY! The Show was just amazing, the Music was intense and held your attention the whole time, just Great! Way ahead of their time!! The Band was something to see............REAL musicians!!!

Great stuff, September 1, 2001
I saw the group when i was watching the movie Stuntrock. The music is solid and pure. Just the way i like it. The music they make is hard to describe, what i can tell is that it's one of it's kind and in my opinion a must have.

This movie is a real sleeper. The first time I viewed it I couldn't believe how great the band was. Turns out it was none other than the real life Heavy Metal Band SORCERY. This is the band that combined music and magic. I looked for them on the web, and found them... The action and suspense are above average too. Check it out.

"there's a killer on the loose"!
This film is pure b-movie entertainment. The plot is filled with holes, and the script leaves itself open to many improvized jokes. Billy, the lead singer for a metal band, takes his lyrics a little bit too seriously and out of nowhere kills 2 people after a recording session. He gets executed for his crimes, claiming innocence throughout the entire trial. 2 years later, the band is reformed with Billys girlfriend as the lead singer, and they set up a big tour. Billy then decides to return from the grave to kill her. I dont wanna give away the 'suprise' ending, but lets just say its 'shocking.' The best part of the movie is the music, which is actually pretty damn good, done by the band Sorcery. I found their website: sorcery.web.com check them out!

EXCELLENT METAL HORROR MOVIE
A FALSELY ACCUSED ROCK STAR PLOTS REVENGE ON THE PEOPLE, MAINLY HIS EX GIRLFRIEND, WHO HAVE POINTED THE FINGER ON HIM. A MUST SEE FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES HORROR AND GOOD METAL MUSIC.THIS MOVIE ALSO HAS A NICE PLOT TWIST AT THE END.THE MUSIC IN THIS MOVIE IS BY FAR SOME OF THE BEST 80'S METAL ON FILM.
